I have four kitties, I'm studying literature, graduating in the spring. I've kind of lost interest in most things, possibly because I've been with my nose in a book for the past couple of years. I like music, but don't care. I can't sit through a movie, I can't be bothered to watch the (lies that are the) news (though I do stay informed). I'm a conservative talk radio junkie- when I'm alone, I create my own foul commentary. I almost always have clean socks, except around finals time - even then, I'd have clean socks if I bothered to change. I drink all eight glasses of water each day, more when I've been drinking. I'm a beer snob, I'm a wine snob, I eat more veggies than meat, and I run whenever possible, I drink coffee every morning, and many evenings. I just quit the job I've had for over four years - I now have two campus jobs, it's sweet. I (notso) secretly lust after the Toyota Prius. I'm waiting to see what public transportation will be wherever I am next before I even think about a new (car). My current car screams STONER (but really, I'm not). I have no tolerance for stupidity, I get kind of rude about it sometimes. I am queen at procrastination, meaning I also get everything done, almost always on time. I think the "left" is just as bad as the right - I'd rather have a rightish left than the right. I believe in global warming, just like I believe in the keyboard I'm typing on. I also believe in natural processes. I'm not politically active anymore - when I find people who don't want to act first and organize/think later, that will change. Hating Bush is not a goal that you achieve and I'm tired of dealing with stoned hippies who think screaming about Bush, getting high, and eating vegan treats is a better deal than sitting down, formulating a plan as a group, and *then* screaming about Bush.
